This website is owned and operated by SAFEGRAIN Bakery, a vegetarian bakery based in Kolkata, India.
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. - Products & Orders
All products listed are 100% vegetarian.
Product images are for representation purposes only; actual appearance may vary slightly due to baking processes and also depend on the chef who bakes.
Orders once placed cannot be modified.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to availability, pricing errors, or operational constraints. - Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be billed at the price shown at checkout. - Payments
Payments on this website are processed securely through Razorpay / Airpay.
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods supported by Razorpay.
We do not store or have access to your card or banking details.
Payment confirmation is subject to successful authorization by Razorpay and your bank. - Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation message/email.
In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed. - Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of bakery products, orders once confirmed are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Refunds will be issued only in the following cases: (a) Duplicate payment for the same order (b) Order cancelled by us due to unavoidable circumstances (c) Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to Razorpay / Airpay and bank timelines. - Delivery & Pickup
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
For pickup orders, customers must collect within the specified time slot.
SAFEGRIAN Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient. - Quality & Complaints
Any quality-related concerns must be reported within 2 hours of delivery or pickup, along with photographs.
Complaints raised after consumption or beyond the stated timeframe may not be entertained. - User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to disrupt website functionality or security - Intellectual Property
